Calms Me Down

This is my OT and her name is Justine she has been helping me for about 3 or 4 years. She helps with anxiety. Anxiety means I panic a lot and she calms me down. Sometimes my clothes don't fit right or I don't feel like wearing it. So she brushes me and sometimes she puts lotion on me. Also she plays card games with me and she has a ball pit.
