Truly Eye-Opening

I was at Building Blocks Pediatric Occupational Therapy for my Level II clinical affiliation this past winter. My three months there solidified my love of pediatrics. I finally got to see what occupational therapy truly looked like in practice. Justine taught me so much about the profession and how to handle children in all aspects of life. She works with individuals in B23 through adulthood and services a vast range of socioeconomic populations. The work we did was truly eye opening. She shaped me into a true therapist and built my confidence in my abilities tremendously. She has been an incredible mentor and has hired me at Building Blocks, allowing me to continue to work with her and learn from her.
